SB2000 was very negative on CVI, then he ended up buying at 20 cnets, said he was selling at 24, he didn't and is now riding it.
Some good judges here think MRX is a good bet, good judges because they have a good record.
But you are plan begative on it so it don't matter what I say, but SB was the same on CVI.
