Yes, I believe that the banker is finalising due diligence. The plant has to be available for the construction to begin at the start of the dry season at end of October. That means that plant equipment has to be bought and paid for before that, and on the quayside in Cambodia. So therefore it's in the bankers' interest, as a stakeholder, to make the money available for everything to start happening asap.
