    i forgot to mention this as well....
    why would tsang put 4m into a company given a volitile environment, and buy up in this manner ( fast buying ) and not just put 4m into say BHP..?
    if he has the confidance like this in the comany to do this given the market conditions, then its definatly something brewing.
