I'm not convinced there are 800,000 shares available @ 50 cents or less on market; maybe there are 100,000. Buying so many on market would push the SP higher, which would result in Tsang paying more than 50 cents. This might even tempt me, as other stocks are out performing this one for the minute.

The question that I would like answered is why Bromley is selling, or have I answered this in the previous sentence?

Tsang has a ways to go to acquire his "six monthly quota", i just find it strange who is assisting him to do this.
