Omg! What a ridiculous joke.. I wonder if this is a negotiation tactic, or they are deliberately targeting to curb a major development in the UCG industry in this way, just in time before the QLD government approves the project and it starts picking up, and takes on the parallels of the Shale oil and gas boom. The Bluegum project and its revolutionary UCG technology are currently at a crucial stage of commercialisation, with scientific and environmental approval.

There are some major investment institutions on the top 20 holders. I am sure those investment banks wouldn't have bought into this company without researching and assessing the legitimacy of this dispute.
