DYOR ...and imo shareholders should read again carefully the ann ...tactics can be used by competitors every day in the business world imo..and disputes also...personally i can not wait to see what Summa has to bring to the table if they choose to go to court!!!! imo if anyone out there is frightened by the ann....should call the cnx management and talk to them and get some more inf...and let us all know as well...to be honest..i personally wont loose any sleep over all this !!!!!! and yes,more optimistic than ever!!!! cheers
