This company ran over 30 black cats on consecutive Friday the 13ths, smashing all the mirrors in the car at the same time. We are cash strapped already........now we have a to defend a law suit with a damages figure of $117 million USD IN the USA !?? It just wasn't meant to be was it......almost certainly a CR now at 2c if we're lucky. The nature of the announcement was obvious given it was released just before closing. Also explains that million share sell order for 0.025c too. What a mess.
