Tend to agree with gself.
Noone complaining when Kagara ran from 15 cents odd in 2001 to a peak of almost 6dollars at end 2006 but then want to blame management for the downfall of recent times.
Whilst management must take some blame for a lack of vision in recent times with the rising dollar and unfavorable Niclle prices,(Its easy though in hindsight to point out these events yet its difficult to have forecasted such a dramatic rise in the AUD), they also deserve a pat on the back for providing past shareholders with very large gains.Note no complaints from shareholders there.
The ANZ as a secured creditor however had all the rights as far as i can see to take the major part of the funds from the sale of LL, should have they? Well thats a good question and i surpose Kagara were not in any position to argue that point given they were placing operations on care and maintenance thus effectively shutting down cashflow and in turn making the financiers ever more nervous.ducks
