I agree the market is un happy. Had this EIS been launched last year the SP would be over 20 cents, at the very least. Then they added details, and we are yet to hear about financing although studies prove it is viable.

I personally believe that if an investor wanted to get in, now would be the better time then after an acceptance of the EIS. As with it being accepted, Boulder would have more leverage, then awaiting the results.
