I suspect all this waffle is code for; "we are tarting up the quarry for sale".
They don't have any other assets to sell. The saltfields landbank was their best asset and its already sold.
I suspect the value of the Osborne site will only just meet the cost of demolition and remediation.
I think the shareprice is holding up very well considering the dire cashflow and debt situation.
