Saw that .. also noticed Mitchell being quoted yesterday in what appeared to be some sort of a reply discounting the FIRB changes that effectively allowed the chinese to buy assets up to $1B w/o FIRB app. So not sure what Rebecca was alluding too. Will check it out.
