"Mr Ren has advised the Board that he is prepared to fill the role of Managing Director for a nominal remuneration of $1 per annum. Mr Ren believes that as the Company?s major shareholder with a 60.7% undiluted holding, any value that he contributes in his capacity as Managing Director will be reflected in an increase in the value of his shareholding. Mr Ren will continue to receive a fee of $24,000 per annum for acting as a Director of the Company."
Well R, you would have to call this a positive? It may be that he picks up some options down the track, but I reckon his focus on short term cash flow should boost the share price if successful. Its pretty ugly atm though.
