...."toph you have the AYM story exactly wrong. 100% totally wrong"....
Hi OutbackOracle...You may be right...
But here are my observations re AYM.....
*Legal proceedings
*Many of the same players involved...Wilson Cheung(Shandong?/Dejin resources)/ASI (Best Expand/McCormack)/Linda Lau
*Board takeover
*Cheap, dilutive rights issue with only about 40% takeup by existing shareholders
*SP near all time low with no liquidity...ie you couldn't sell even if you wanted to...
IN MY OPINION ONLY....
*If there is a takeover offer (eg ORM),take the money and run ...(ORM's offer was 16c...now at 8 and illiquid)
*If no offer, then watch for ASI (in cahoots with Conglin Yue ala ORM?)to control board of directors and a hugely dilutive rights issue to pay for BFS etc.
It's just a continuing theme of Chinese controlling more and more of Australian resources IMO.
As I've said, this is all just my opinion and I'm watching with interest.
Cheers all
PS...mrwr0ng...I don't own shares, but if I did I would not be fighting the inevitable with my small shareholding...I would be hoping for a takeover at a premium to current sp and get the hell out...
Cheers
