    Angellus 2012,

Firstly, welcome to the CAP thread and I like your favorite quote "who dares wins". Certainly need that attitude when investing in junior resources.

Secondly, agree the slanging match you refer to can be a bit distracting and unfortunately happens on the threads of too many shares (although that with skol on the gold thread is sometimes humourous when people don't take it too seriously). I pay more attention to those posts that include a source for their info and try to do that on my posts where possible.

That aside, you asked for tips and advice - if you want general investment knowledge then get a book or google rather than come to an individual share thread. As far as individual shares go, my favourite junior resource stock is CAP and accordinly have a reasonable percentage invested.

If you'd like to know more about CAP, can I suggest you review my post of 4 September when I reviewed why I liked CAP to see if I should still hold and also review the following posts from all on that thread. I also respect the posts on CAP by R36snowbound, 5hareholder and speculator 101 amongst others. You may also be interested in my discussion on ROY with Micky78 where I compared CAP to others.

Also, the most recent company presentation has a great comparison on margins of CAP compared to existing producers and compares very well to BHP and still very profitable at US$93 for 62%Fe on which that analysis was done - extremely profitable if 62% Fe price stays around US$120.

At present, we are leading up to a vote on 30 November for two of the five board positions. Regardless of the outcome, I believe that whatever the form of the board after 30 November, all board members have a view on how to drive Hawsons forward and realise value for shareholders. Whilst all have their view on the best combination of directors, I think both outcomes will be good, although one may be better and only time will tell.

Lastly, there is no substitute for doing your own research.

Good luck and hope that helps.
