    Wilson Cheung owns 100% of ASI.

    Silvergate is an Australian company that is a trustee for ASI in Australia.

    Edward McCormack is the CEO of Silvergate

    Edward McCormack is married to Janet Chan (McCormack) who is Linda Lau's daughter.

    Reader may be interested to note that in the court records it said that ASI was just a shell and had no money of its own but was externally funded by Mr Cheung.

    ASI only assets are its shares. It is impossible to know where the money came from to buy those shares or who the ultimate owners maybe.
