I think Nick has seen ASI as an ally of his, and now they are in turn threatning to bring him down and the house which he has built.

I never think he thought they would buy 20% of the company.

It makes sense for them to takeover the company:

1. They can get the BMG stake on the cheap
2. They wont have to pay the 13 mill to CAP
3. They will get the whole project

They still will have to deal with Conglin. I think this is the interesting piece of the puzzle
