    so what are you saying Toph, you are going to vote in favour of the Silvergate directorships?

    you might want to recall the fact that Nick and the boys drew very little for themselves during the GFC, avoiding dilution of shareholders...and for what? for Silvergate to come in steal control of the company without even tabling an offer?

    What happened with BMG was unfortunate, but the board needs our support here.
