    I don't understand your reply.

    It is my concern that all shareholders should get the best price for their investment and not be ripped by somebody with only 19.9% taking control of the BOD.

    Even the management seems to realize this now.

    Congratulations to the management in becoming proactive and standing up for their small shareholders who have spent their money in supporting CAP over the years.

    So what pot is their to stir except what is fair for everybody not just for a few.

    If ASI want to control CAP let them buy it.
