Perhaps so Aki but that is certainly the 'long way round' approach in that you have to agree to the site disclaimer every time you want to read a post; to take such an unefficient approach for such a long time is intriguiing given that it takes no more than a minute to apply to become a site member. CAP posters/shareholders have been well learned for a long time and you are correct by saying that this is somewhat unique to HC. The fact remains that all proceedings of the court case were updated online if you knew where to look, and it is relatively easy to join the dots between various companies if you have an hour or two on your side. Normally stock discussions elsewhere are littered with half hearted ramps. It is a good thing that such high levels of contributions are made on the CAP forum. I see nothing wrong with people conducting research on a stock that they have an interest in. Perhaps you underestimate the ability of other to people to dig up their own dirt! You don't need to be a research analyst to know how to research :)
