skimpy, I agree that the ANN ought to have been marked as price sensitive. As to the other point of market disclosure, the company may not have had the full information ready, so was not doing anything erroneous. The ongoing share price fall came, in my view, due to the company not saying they had new contracts, so the market presumed the worst: that the company had no new contracts- and the market was right.

MCE's time will come again, but they need to work first and foremost on getting contracts (and telling the market about it), or they (and the share price) are going to be in big trouble.
