"Can companies flag announcements as price sensitive?

The directors are in a far better position to know what is likely to be price sensitive and they have a duty to _properly_ inform the ASX regarding announcements so that all shareholders benefit equally.
Just think about it for a moment: If a document has price sensitive info hidden within such that a casual reader is likely to overlook it and the ASX does not mark it as price sensitive - do you think this is the appropriate way to inform all shareholders?
It makes you wonder about the recent share placement at over $8 and the information and earnings projections released at that time. Now the directors accumulating after the shave price has plummeted below $3 following the recent information.
I am just not sure I can trust that the directors are acting in the best interests of all shareholders.
