and has the last laugh

There was continued comment about AND in the KCN Chairman's address at KCN's AGM last week.

There's no point KCN making those comments now. KCN are clear losers. Their share price is languishing and closed today at a dismal $3.76. AND closed at 38c.

AND shareholders who accepted KCN's 15 AND for 1 KCN share scrip bid are hurting badly. KCN now needs to be $5.70 for them to be breaking even, not a paltry $3.76. And that doesn't even take into account the tax implications.

There's a good saying. Winners are grinners. Losers can please themselves.

If KCN were trading at $7.00 or $8.00 then we might not have minded KCN's comments about AND. But with the KCN share price languishing....Hmmmnnn....
