Thanks epeesist as is it is much along my thoughts with approaching a bank . Do it early . We probably see the worst of our companies when they dont !

As a shareholder and mind you im on the short term side of in charting where i want sit into the future but still got some fundamental principles if you go early its much better for everyone . Hard to get over pigheadedness for anyone but for company leaders they need be prudent and forward thinking just like anyone else . And if the reliance is on being able roll capital structures you dont wont someone going to late .

Ive got a little bit more understanding by briefing through value hunters post . Not much though as most of it goes above my head and well it mixes my thoughts to much to charting . But if i find a gem im not going sell it early . My signals now are saying sell in the sideways trend if i stuck with the ruling i would be out now .

Fickle as they maybe at times they are not proven enough to be right percentage wise .
