Let’s face it, if there were any legitimate takeover plans going on behind the scenes, it would surely be reflected in buying volume by now.
There’s been plenty of time to run the ruler over things the way I see it. As far as an off market private equity bid goes, I’m not sure the business is at a level of maturity that would spark that type of interest...
If they get some serious cash behind them, things will obviously change...
Anyway, who knows what will happen this year. I do feel somewhat more positive as it’s fair to assume there must be some progression behind those closed doors.
