they are in the video a little after the point hoji mentions. ive seen them before but light bulbs? maybe - my first impression were that they are snakes in a container of some type similar to the ones in india with the snake charmers.
electricity certainly is possible. as i mentrioned earlier batteries were found in iraq which were dated sometime around 2000 years ago.
there is much we dont know - like how did they perform brain surgery (egypt as well as europe) or where did they get the idea from?
also and i know this will raise the hackles of some but those two as well as other glyphs seem to be giants
