Think is a tightly held corporate. The share price, in my opinion is not reflective of this promising organisation.
The only negative that I can find, is that acquisitions have been slow. However, Mathew Edwards is selective about the centres he purchases. It is my opinion, that he would never compete with either AFJ or G8 and pay more than he truly believed a centre was worth and those centres must present an opportunity for significant organic growth.
The occupancy rate is on par with AFJ and probably slightly lower than G8's, but to their credit, the occupancy levels are growing steadily, as compared to AFJs that have fallen since acquisition.
Mathew Edwards has plenty 'skin in the game' his shareholding in Think is far greater than the total amount of shares, held by all, of the directors in the other 3 corporates added together.
Interesting to see how this all develops.
