I recall watching this interview years ago and thinking - Newman is a really great person and leader. They way in which he dealt with the 'struggle question'shows great leadership. This attitude then was one of confidence, understanding of the current situation (it takes time to break a new market) and one of absolute ownership of the brand and moving forward... It is no wonder they have achieved success over the last 2 years.
