Timing the entry into the Canadian market is important.

With so much happening in the business, they would have this strategically planned and it won't require the set up of an office, etc like last time. Probably some approvals and then flights with test captures, before announcing to the market that they are moving into this market. The announcement post capture is effectively how it happened for both the US and NZ.

Moving into the Canadian market you would almost want to grab images of all the major cities this year. One over summer (ie: now), then one in autumn with leaves off (ie: October / November), before the snow arrives.

Conversely, you could do the reverse in March / July next year.

The sooner the better in my opinion!
