Good point Damo re ASX maybe i'm waiting for the wrong class action.Maybe its legal,but 50m order not from Chinese govt ,nbs only 3rd party,this was misleading but pumped sp to .57(50m nearly returned).All the positive Ann's and contract wins that didnt happen.If thats not enough for ASX or ASIC just compare fy09 with fy10 financials.ps excellent post Ousia and b interesting to c if nbs did follow regulation re keeping market informed.
