But think about it in this way, how can a regulator do a good job in regulating when they can't even regulate themselves and where they stand to gain from what they are doing.??

After all they are a listed company themselves and any profit they will make in whichever way they can make it, it will just go straight towards their own goals and interests.

IMHO, the ASX and their listed company should be handled by two separate entities and/or totally separated from one another. Only then you will get a regulator doing what it is supposed to be doing.................REGULATE AND KEEP AN EYE ON THE BALL, NOT ON IT'S BACKPOCKET AND WHAT GOES INTO IT.
