You are right it isn't a growth stock and its current stewardship doesn't have a track record of growth so don't expect that to change any time soon. Possibly look at it as a yielding stock instead then.
I like AAC as well but not as an investment proposition with the current mindset and approach to market, too conservative and unchanging in a world where the rules are changing fast.
