IS this capital raising reserved for insto or all holders? The sell off is rather large on face value but surely the dilution of shares is made up by the asset retention of SPO and earning potentials? I am trying to gauge if the market thinks this is a bad deal or just the mechanics of Cap raise/share dilution?
