Batteries last at least 10 to 15 years. For example, see today's announcment from wind farm operation Infigen. There's even a case for using them in conjunction with nukes because they car store unused energy generated by nukes overnight and dispatch the next day.
Solar panels last 25+ years but are more suitable for behind-the-meter situations than large scale production.
Also, nukes get extended beyond 50 years quite frequently.
