    I only picked up 50000

    I remember paying $50000 for the same parcel a year or so ago

    I guess a big mistake in Hindsight

    At that time they had just filled a CR at $1.30
    and the were fielding offers of a takeover

    I would think an offer of 30 cents would get this one ATM

    Looking for a big lift in the POG to change things
