Lara, I know how you feel. I did my cash with RDF shareholders voting against a takeover- different circumstance, but same outcome. I've learned that sometimes it's better to take less cash, but certainty of some cash, when the takeover is announced. It was an expensive lesson.

Best of luck to you AMU shareholders. I hope AMU will pay out a dividend as part of cash management strategies mooted in their most recent ANN. They could certainly pass on the dividend, as they were going to do that if the takeover occurred- they still have the cash (unless they use it all up with the buyback).
