well Lara we are all entitled to our opinions
RE; the failed takeover.... i think management (the board) did well to negotiate the price they did, imo it is not their fault the deal fell thru, Eden failed to get finance and the $A went ballistic- both factors beyond AMU control. The board was obligated to present the offer to shareholders as it was genuine.

If your real estate agent presented you with a conditional offer for your house and it failed is it the agents fault ?

I am a relatively new shareholder so i am more concerned with recent history than ancient history. The last 12 months has seen a pretty big shakeup at AMU and imo the business looks in pretty good shape now with a strong balance sheet.
