do your own research and look at some stock mentioned on HC and other sites. My broker sends me reports and a lot of them mean fa. Couldn't give me any advice on AMP when it was below $5 so I bought after looking at their financials and contacting the company directly. This tends to help. I still like to maintain a relationship with my broker just to listen to what market talk he's got to say.
