I have to agree with your comments on Speccy's posts.   

I lack the Speccy group's depth, resources?, and detailed involvement with AML plus the background to fully understand complex financial and corporate matters.  

Prior to this thread I had mostly considered these posts as strong but fairly standard anti-management HC posts where the SP (in particular) has not done what was expected and posters, rightly or wrongly, take it out on management.  Not that simple because I was aware of Speccy's background after a short while.

On another forum I noted that the folks who run these companies are human and will occasionally make decisions in good faith, that are poor or worse.   While I was never directly involved in management I tend to take a more company oriented view (+ a trace of devil's advocate), at the same time respecting others' views, such that a clearer picture can sometimes emerge.  Again not that simple because I often don't know why I  post other than enjoying multiple aspects of exploration geology and learning more about them.

OCP and AML - As I said above these corporate issues are beyond me and most so a group that includes? relevant members is way better suited.

Speccy's information paints a close relationship which should be within a corporate legal framework.  Too close?

While Speccy calculates very high levels of interest repayment there may be other ways to look at it.  If correct how legal are such arrangements? 

A very quick search shows there are laws for consumers (?companies) though each loan would need to be looked at on its own merits.

To speculate further on the OCP/AML relationship than Speccy already has is probably best not done on this forum.

Voting against certain resolutions will send some message but is more needed?
