Totally agree with your sentiment and its not just the remuneration that is smelly, the stuff with OCP really concerns me.

I live in QLD and I am working so it will be difficult to attend the AGM, however I am so concerned about this matter that I will try to find a way to be there.

I get the feeling that AML management is really on the nose and something needs to be done asap - or else looks like we are going to be shafted - but really, it looks like that has been going on already for some time.
