    I'm guessing this is part of the reason KEY is bailing on Tanzania:

    OUTLOOK

    Tanzania is the current focus of Aminex's international exploration activity with upcoming drilling being planned on both the Nyuni and Ruvuma PSAs.


    KEY doesn't have the cash to fund their share of the drilling costs. An earlier statement indicated that a jackup rig is due to be available in the area in early 2011.
