Its a possibility Trader and i think this is exactly the type of opportunity that the facility was obtained for. However as said before, given where the share price is currently, I don't think it will be used.
Also now that the 23rd is almost upon us, I think it'll be unlikely anything could happen in such a short time frame. You never know though.
