Well somebody is clearly trying to keep VWAP as low as possible prior to expiry date on the upcoming share issue.

So, my take is that there are still signs management are putting together a placement at a deep discount to last few months trading.

Certainly a confluence of events coming up. Makes me wonder about the machinations behind the scenes and how much of the timing is planned.

KEY is now over 75% below VWAP on its highest traded day after the gas discovery. It sure would be a pity for shareholders to see a massive dilution at this price.
