Awright, I fairly certain that I've read previously that at least one well must be drilled in the first three years, ie by mid 2011, as part of the work program for the West Songo Songo block.

In regards to the Nyuni block, my understanding is that the jv partners had belatedly completed the work program for the second period of the PSA with the drilling of KN#1, and that the work program for the final period of the PSA was to drill one further well. The jv partners are to drill another exploration well to satisfy that requirement and have agreed to also drill an appraisal well on the Kiliwani North gas field.
