Does someone know the answer to this question:

Is there a first right of purchase for existing partners in Nyuni to buy more of a stake in the drilling/lease?

If the answer is yes, what do people think about Key wanting to have this 70m share thing up their sleeve to increase their stake in future wells, and the nyuni block?

Call me a conspiracy theorist, but that might be what they are after.

At least now we have their commitment. I'd say once Songo Songo is given permission to expand, that Pipeline will be down extremely quickly, and we'll be away. Well one can hope or dream can't one?
