oke, fair call on the rationing however it does change as time moves on because we have more people coming on to electricity and gas.
If people dont have it and you ration it then there is no issue (that is 10 years ago)... but now that a larger part of the economy depends on it and people of influence have electricity the game changes.

We had power go out on my first trip to Kenya due to fire down the road. I was staggered at how quick it came back on.. but we were in an area of influence at the time..
