Maxine most of the persons who have these loans would not qualify to the new lenders so doubt a refi would work. One issue would be their property value is probably less than the mortgage itself.
I note you finally cottoned on to that other stock and their shenanigans, once those billions of profits do not realise those poor punters are gonna get hurt.
Nistrums I agree I read somewhere the other day that FHBs already dropped by 20 odd %. Compare our prices with other countries and we are really over priced.
