benson ---- that is all ancient history , the mining sector have reformed if not then closures would be rife, I dont disagree in total but you would have to live as a blue collar worker in some industries to see just how exploitive a a managerial group can be without the balance of a union=--yes labour rights need to be protected it serves to create a negotiating table, just look at the USA elections and listen to the people---thats why we have Brexit,Trump and our own border exclusions the people voted
