Yeah me too. The only thing that I can think is that the "market" thinks that if things get worse that the %age of unrecoverable debt will increase and this would be a bad thing for CLH overall??
Although, wouldn't this be offset to a very large degree by the volume? That is, a lower %age on a significantly increased volume = the same or better??
I suppose maybe it depends on the costs expended to recoup.
(My sentiment would be buy, or hold at the worst, but HC seems to be having some issues with those buttons.)
