Following the EPS growth - demand for services imo will trend up over the next 5-10.
Interest rates will tick upward not an if, but a when.
When that happens the squeeze will set in, late payments etc etc. Basic reasoning.
Basically a short position on the Oz economy with a divi as a kicker, not sexy but growth stocks rarely are.
