Just to complement ..
4 broker in average rate FWD in 3.69 meaning have a good chance upside.
The most pessimistic talks about 3.40.
Meaning the current level can bring at least 10% in maybe less than 1 year and I hope between 2 and 5 months
UBS for example raise their target from 3.55 to 4.50 and their report is absolutely updated (20/8/2013)
I just think, like always the market over react..
if the price one day was 12 and now 3 lets consider that both are absolutely not "fair"
